Fantastic Stay!
friendly staff easy access convenient access free coffee
I booked on the same day, and the hotel accommodated my last-minute cancellation, what a relief! The staff were super friendly. They even had coffee in the rooms! Access into the city center was easy and convenient. I made it to all my appointments.
The walls were a bit thin, I could hear some noise from the hallway, but it wasn't a major issue.

The breakfast was self-serve and offered various choices for starting the day well. It helped save time each morning. The lady serving breakfast was friendly and accommodating. She ensured everyone got exactly what they needed. I really enjoyed the breakfast area.

The location is great with easy access to public transport right in front of the hotel and that was amazing! I found supermarkets, shops, and restaurants just a short walk away. It was convenient. Forest Gate train station is also nearby, a super plus.

I found the staff very friendly and supportive. They were always ready to answer questions when asked! I especially appreciated the assistance from Shuaib, Jaskirat, Jyothish, and Vishnu. Their hospitality was really great. The service was great .

the hotel looked better than the online photos. the staff were friendly and helpful. i found supermarkets and restaurants within a short walk. transport was easily accessible at any time.
breakfast hours felt a bit early on the weekend. i would have liked to sleep in a little later, but it started at 7am.

Good Value Stay
sociable staff good location
I found the staff sociable. They listened whenever I asked anything. The location was very good and offered good value for money, with parking available. The hotel allowed us to leave the car after we checked out, since we wanted more sightseeing. Staff was helpful!
The hotel charged me extra for a room with a bathroom. The sink was too close to the toilet, I slipped because the floor was slippery, but luckily I didn't get badly hurt. It is a hazard unless you bring your own slippers.
